1. FORMER DISTRICT OF EASINGTON 
  Durham Unitary Authority is the highway, planning and surveying authority. Our territory comprises the parishes: Castle Eden, Dalton-le-Dale, Easington Colliery, Easington Village, Haswell, Hawthorn, Horden, Hutton Henry, Monk Heselden, Murton, Nesbitt,  Peterlee, Seaham, Seaton with Slingley, Sheraton with Hulam, Shotton, Thornley, Trimdon Colliery, Wheatley Hill, Wingate 

2. HAMBLETON DISTRICT 
  North York Moors National Park Authority is the planning authority and acts as highway authority; NYCC is the surveying authority. Our territory comprises: 
2.1        Parishes: Bilsdale Midcable, Kildale. 2.2        parts of the following parishes: Boltby, Carlton, Cowesby, Easby, East Harlsey, Faceby, Great Ayton, Great Busby, Great and Little Broughton, Hood Grange, Ingleby Arncliffe,  Ingleby Greenhow, Kepwick, Kilburn High and Low, Kirby Knowle, Kirkby, Little Ayton, Little Busby, Nether Silton, Osmotherley, Over Silton, Sutton-under-Whitestonecliffe, Thimbleby,Thirlby, Whorlton. 

3.  HARTLEPOOL BOROUGH COUNCIL      Hartlepool Borough Council is the highway, planning and surveying authority. Our territory comprises the parishes of : Brierton, Claxton, Dalton Piercy, Elwick, Greatham, Hart, Hartlepool, Newton Bewley, and Seaton. 

4. MIDDLESBROUGH COUNCIL 
  Middlesborough Council is the highway, planning and surveying authority. Our territory includes the whole borough. Note that all rights of way in the borough have been renumbered and parish identifiers replaced by Middlesbrough. 

5. REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL 
5.1  Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is the highway, planning and surveying authority for the parishes of Saltburn, Marske and New Marske; and Skelton and Brotton and parts of the parishes of Guisborough, Lockwood and loftus  
5.2  NYMNPA is the local planning authority and acts as highway authority for parts  of the parishes of Guisborough, Lockwood and Loftus. 

6. RYEDALE DISTRICT 
   Our territory in Ryedale District lies north of the southern boundary of the national park. The NYMNP Authority is the planning authority and acts as the highway authority. NYCC is the surveying authority: 
6.1  the parishes of; Appleton-le-Moors, Bransdale, Cold Kirby, Farndale East, Farndale West, Hartoft, Hawnby, Hutton-le-Hole, Kingthorpe, Lastingham, Levisham, Lockton, Old Byland and Scawton, Oldstead, Rievaulx, Rosedale East Side, Rosedale West Side, Spaunton, Stape.
6.2  parts of the following parishes: Allerston, Ampleforth, Beadlam, Byland-with-Wass,  Cawthorne, Coswold, Cropton, Ebberston and Yedingham, Ellerbeck, Fadmoor, Gillamoor, Helmsley, Kirkbymoorside, Nawton, Newton, NewburghOswaldkirk, Pickering, Pockley, Sinnington, Skiplam, Sproxton, Thornton-le-Dale, Wildon Grange, Witton

7. SCARBOROUGH BOROUGH COUNCIL 
  Our territory lies to the north of the southern boundaries of ‘Lands common to the parishes of Fylingdales and Hawsker-cum-Stainsacre’, and Fylingdales CP (Detached). 
7.1  Scarborough Council is the local planning authority and NYCC the highway and surveying authority: Whitby 
7.2  the NYMNP Authority is the planning authority and acts as highway authority: 
7.2.1  Aislaby, Barnby, Borrowby, Commondale, Danby, Egton, Ellerby, Eskdaleside-cumUgglebarnby, Fylingdales, Fylingdales Moor, Glaisdale, Goathland, Grosmont, Hawskercum-Stainsacre, Hinderwell, Hutton Mulgrave, Lythe, Mickleby, Newholm-cum-Dunsley, Newton Mulgrave, Roxby, Sneaton, Uggthorpe, Westerdale. 

6. STOCKTON-ON-TEES BOROUGH COUNCIL 
Stockton BC is the highway, planning and surveying authority.he parishes of Aislaby, Billingham, Carlton, Castlelevington, Egglescliffe, Elton, Grindon, Hilton, Ingleby Barwick,  Kirklevington, Longnewton, Maltby, Newsham, Preston, Redmarshall, Stillington, Stockton, Thornaby, Whitton, Wolviston and Yarm
